What Do the KS2 SATs Cover?
The Key Stage 2 SATs are national tests taken in May of Year 6. Pupils sit an English reading paper, two grammar, punctuation and spelling papers, and three maths papers: one arithmetic paper and two reasoning papers. Writing is assessed by teachers in school. Good Key Stage 2 SATs revision covers every paper and the technique to answer each one well.

About me
After 13 years in primary classrooms, I know how Year 6 can feel for children: lots of practice papers and a sense that everything rides on one week in May. That pressure rarely helps anyone do their best.
My Key Stage 2 maths revision and Key Stage 2 English revision are calm and targeted. We find the topics that will gain the most marks, secure them properly and practise the papers until the format feels familiar.
I also support pupils in the move from Year 6 to Year 7, with targeted revision of KS2 skills before secondary school starts.
Beyond the Test
SATs results matter, but what a child carries into Year 7 matters more. I treat revision as a chance to secure the maths and English that secondary school will build on.

KS2 SATs Practice Online
KS2 SATs practice online gives Year 6 pupils one-to-one support from home, at a time that fits around school. Lessons run live on a shared whiteboard, so I can see each step of a calculation or each line of a reading answer as your child writes it.
Online sessions follow exactly the same plan as in-person lessons in West London. Parents receive regular updates on what we have covered and what to practise next.
